This National award winning project created a new outdoor space and access to the backyard. By removing a window, installing a sliding patio door and building a deck with stairs, the backyard is now accessible from the main level of the house. This deck features Trex Transcend decking in Rope Swing with Tiki Torch accents. The Trex Signature aluminum railing with LED lighting provides safety and ambiance in the evening hours. This project won the 2022 local, regional and national NARI Contractor of the Year award for Outdoor Living spaces for using innovative solutions and superior craftsmanship.
